The only other thing that could be upgraded during a top-end swap would be to get a set of chromoly pushrods. Hard to say if they'll give any noticeable benefit though.

maybe go with a bigger t.b 65mm or so and injectors what about the ignition system???

No point in upgrading injectors unless you need to itll just complicate tuning.
