Yea they are all stock heads with SI valves and either a Crane Comp or GM valve spring set. Nothing you can't do yourself.

I have always been curious about them because their performance parts sections has been under construction for several years now. Makes me wonder if they are logit or out of business.

No they are legit but nothing to brag about. A few people have their stroker kits and were happy with them. But again it is just a 3.1L crank and piston set for your 2.8L

umm, performance, performance, performance geez!!! alright already!! performance my ass! love how they still don't give any numbers on anything--flow, spring rates etc. basically, a rebuilt engine with a little extra cube or cam.
