2.8L valve seals and springs

From what I've read, 98 and 99 are different from the other years.. 00 and newer apparently have the valve seals attached to them? Would that be compatible with our heads?

Can I use seats from my motor? The seats seam to be the only issue that keep me from buying a set of springs.

your stock 2.8 seats won't work with the LS1 springs, LS1 seats will work but you might have to grind out the middles a little.

you would use stock 2.8 seals.
