    rocker arms

When installing used rocker arms, do I need to get new rocker balls and push rods? Or if I have the old ones from the donor car. They are supposed to be 1.6 from a 1993 corsica. They have a tab that goes over the push rod hole. Im putting them on a 93 Gmc s-10.

A 93 corsica has 1.5 rockers. Only 94-95 3100s got the 1.6 ball fulcrum rockers.

I would go with new rocker balls at least and check the pushrods for wear. New pushrods wouldn't hurt but you would probably at least want to glass bead blast the rockers before they go on.

      rockers

I was lookin at the junk yard for the 1.6s. the only ones that looked different, that weren't the old 1.5s or the rollers, were the ones that have the tab over the oil hole. are these 1.6s or did they have 1.5s and 1.6s with the tab?
