Names rick and im from burlington. i got a 1995 grand prix special editon with a 3.1/3.4 hybrid. it has a 3.1 gen 2 lower end and a 3.4 gen 3 top end. it has all new forged internals and roller rockers new roller cam and all new lifters valve springs. it has been bored .60 over and ported and polished.

95 isn't a Gen2. The last Gen2's were used in J-bodies and Luminas in 94. All other body styles went to Gen3 in 94. You might have a Gen2 bottom end, but its not from a 95...-Brad-

All GM performance cams for 660's are made by Crane, not Comp. Unless you have forced induction then 300hp would only be produced on a very wild motor and would most likley be next to impossible to drive on the street.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
