The heads on the Potter engine? There were probably only 1 or 2 sets made... 3x00 heads are most likely better anyways.

yeah they are the ones i am talking about. where they cast off the gen 2 heads ? or where they gen 3 prototypes?

I believe years ago we got in contact with the guy that has that engine and he didn't know much more about it. It was something that Potter racing was doing for midget cars. There may be more sets out there, probably in some guy's shed somewhere.

I guess for a collector they could be a "Holy Grail" but I'd bet a case of beer that stock 3500 (even 3400) heads smoke them. You can see the D exhaust ports but we have no idea of intake port shape, volume, valve sizes, Chamber CC's or anything. important.

No more pictures, that's the only ones I have in my "cool stuff" collection.

That's really cool - I had a similar idea in mind for injectors when I was designing a LIM, I'm glad someone else thought of it as well

The 3400 or 3500 heads might flow better but with the way the injectors are plumbed in, you're open to make some excellent intake designs without the major compromises we would have to deal with normally. Potential to pick up a lot of power, I bet that ITB system absolutely screams

...Is that mechanical fuel injection??

I would assume it means the caps. That along with studs would be a big strength upgrade. Not sure if they used studs or bolts though. But didn't the GMPP Aluminum block have 4 bolt billet center caps and stock cast end caps?
