Looking for headers for 3.1L

Does anyone know of a company that makes headers for a 3.1L front wheel drive?

Depends on your car and year. The headers sold by S&S can be modified to fit unless you have a 99+ grand am...then they fit direct. TOG could be modded too but they are too expensive and have coatings to really consider that option.

I have a 91 Lumina 3.1 so will they work?

probaby unless you have a 5 speed

maybe someone else knows for sure but im pretty sure if they will work in a grand am they will work in a lumina

You'd have to cut the rear up and re-weld it to make it go down the tunnel without hitting.

What about to front manifolds' collector pipe coming in contact with the tranny?

I know it clears the 4 speed. 3 speed auto in a w body...sorry to hear that:P Not a popular option in the W body cars.

Someone gave me the car lol but it has grown on me in the past 2 years so i decieded to fix it up. The 3speed should be a smaller transmission then the the 4speed shouldn't it?. Will headers for the 3400 still help a 3.1 much? because if they are specifficaly tuned for the 3400 then they might not work right i guess it would be helpful if someone who put them on could tell me if they made a difference on the 3.1

they would work just as well for a 3.1 as they would a 3400
