    LAZ1 first start (306 whp)

10 second clip of its first start. The LAZ1 is an LZ4 engine with an LA1 crankshaft in it. WOT-Tech modified Forged H Beam rods, WOT-Tech/Diamond Forged Pistons, WOT-Tech Biggest Race Cam, Porting, 36-1 external trigger (cause race car/SFI).

This was originally getting very mild port work and a Big Race cam for the street. Since we needed something to test the 3900 for peak RPM, we threw in the baddest cam possible using our cores, and crossed fingers. Seeing the lifters poking out the top of the bores by only .086" still makes this a questionable build. We will see if it stays together after it gets broken in and tuned.

Clutch is rated for 300 ft lbs so it couldn't be floored until higher RPM. Still slipped 3-4% during this pull.

Yeah, NA. It needs the fuel pressure turned up. 90% duty cycle and high 12s so it has more in it
