    VVT Delete cam angle

Doing some research in how we can do a VVT delete without buying an Equinox cam . Think it should be possible to design an part for this to delete most of the phaser and clear the RWD timing cover

would anyone know what are the exact angles of the lobe centers relative to crank rotation for the non-VVT engines?

I understand that the VVT has the same profile as non-VVT but is a 1/2” longer .

think this idea could work as a manual adjustable cam gear .

There’s 19mm depth in the RWD timing cover , so think that should just clear the cam with gear around the cam

Older motors were 113 ICL. I never sent a cam off to be spec'ed, and its been a bit since I saw the specs on them from GM. I believe its the same cam lift and duration with a 112 LSA. I don't have a stock engine to toss a stock non VVT cam into and get the specs on it.
