I should add, that yes, i understand that the flowbench is not repeating reality on the motor when its running. The exhaust gases are considerably hotter, and expanding. This is why I would like a bit more information on why you are saying the D needs to be maintained for the length you are saying it should be. Otherwise, we are getting absolutely no where other than preference and opinion.

I havn't had any issues with reversion... Yet anyways. Of course, the porting of my heads (not going too wild on the exaust ports), stock cam, and appropriate sizing of my turbo has really attributed to that. My cam will be changing slightly, but not enough to warrant concern of significant exaust pressures due to poor flow. I guess time will tell on this one

You have got to be kidding me. I think you have the right to recieve your first warning on this website. Change your attitude or get out of here. I don't want to see you post in this thread again.

I'd hate for this thread to die and the flanges never be made. Any new progress?

Yea I have shipped the testers to Brad. With the holiday season they will take a week even though I sent them by air. So when he confirms the fit I will cut them.

yeah but i wouldn't want to

they would deform (and possibly melt) in no time
