Geoff, in no way did I mean to offend you. I was just stating that the flanges should be made as you two (Brad and Yourself) see fit. Brad is designing & test fitting the flanges and you are producing them. If there continues to be disputes as to where "this" and "that" should be, then it will only delay production.

The first or second week of January is a good deadling IMO. But if production continues to be delayed another month or so, then you may loose me as a customer. I too have a deadline...

So with that being said, Happy Holidays and enjoy your time off.

    -Joseph

Ok they are ready for production now. Brad did a killer job on the drawing. He thinned out the part that joins each port section so there is better clearance for plug changes. The outline was fixed and there is no more error in the drawing. SWEET!

So they are going to be Avalible in 1 5/8" D port and O port at first.

Oh interesting discovery, well maybe not. Gen II and III share the same flange. As you will see in the pic that is a Gen III flange on a Gen II head. Go figure?

I will do the shipping and money since they are at my house. I would liek to do everything through PayPal or I will set up an E-Bay store for people with e-bay... That way every buyer has a recipt and so do I.

I think I am going to start them at $45 for a set. If you guys think there is a cheeper source let me know I can probabally beat it. But so far I think most have been going for $60 so i think my price is good.

                  How thick are you flanges?

They are made of mild steel? Can I pay by check. I don't use credit cards for my own well being. :P

Yes they are 3/8" mild steel. Check would be ok but the transaction will take longer.

If you have pay pal you dont need a credit card. You can withdraw direct from your bank.

Nice. Glad to see the drawing worked out better this time. And yeah, it looks like there is PLENTY of clearance around the spark plug crevices now. Can't wait to see the first set of headers built with these flanges!

Sounds like a plan. I'd rather pay with paypal anyways. That way its quicker than sending money thru the mail. Is that $45 CAN or US? Also, are you going to do exact shipping charges or a flat price?

Whenever they are ready for sale, let me know. I have money in hand and want to get them asap.

One more thing, Thanks for all the hard work Geoff and Brad.

                          Yea $45 CDN..

Shipping will based from my Area Code V3V 7T2 to wherever.

Shipping from me (British Columbia) to Brad (Arizona) on the test flanges was only $11 by air. Granted they were lighter but the package will still be very small for the real flanges
