00 3400 uim on a 98 3100 LIM

will the 00 upper from a 3400 match up with the lower of a 98 3100, will it flow good or better than stock, or will my friend have to get a matching 00 lower. and if so, will the 00 lower fit the 98 heads or will he have to get 00 heads

Can't put a 3400 top on a 94-99 lower. Just need the upper and lower intakes to fit the heads. I believe there is an ever so slight mismatch on the ports but is well within porting ability to fix. .1" or something difference. Been a while since I measured it out for that swap. You can bolt it right up though without any problems.
