I was looking at Comps site and they sell SBC lifters with removable link bars. They are solid lifters though. However you could the have link bars cut on a laser machine or machined on a milling machine to fit any lifter bore spacing. They do sell several links but I am not sure what would be required.

Sorry about the off topic question, but can a laser cut as close as a mill or lathe? The inside bore would have to be precise on a fulcrum like that.

Well a laser can be within .002 depending on the model. But if you look at the pics of the part it is not a bore. It is just a square slot on each end of the link.
