Valve job info on the "how to do head work at home"

Anything to add for head work? Also, I need to add the valve job info. I know the valve seat angle is 45 degrees. I have a book that has some info but I am making all posts here for updates.

Um, pushrods in the ports...im so very very confused.

Pushrods help push the air in the engine, kinda like a turbo or S/C, lol. That's why they are called pushrods silly!

ben on SBC's the pushrods sit so close to the intake ports that the castings have a bend in area the pushrod pinch area, where the intake port closes in due to the way the heads are cast..

thats what they are refering to.
