    A thought for a better W.O.T. ...

I was wanting to know your thoughts on this suggestion....

Since this site has a nice "sensor desription" section....

Maybe we could do a "What happens" when this sensor ect... dies.

Like when your coolant temp sensor shows the computer an overheating voltage causing it to pull spark/ timing/ ect.. making the engine run like crap,
Not those exact words lmao... but you get the point.

You could then add it as a sub group in the catagory like this ...

Sensors, detailed descriptions/ dtc's and drivability. ( in drivability is where I would put this)

It could be a valuable tool to novice an "expert" alike on this site...

A full list of obd1/2 dtc's could be added and what not ( rob the local mitchells/ chilton's , lol )

It would take a little work but if we all pooled our knowledge we could come up with a nice "hand book" if you will, entirely about sensors/ function/ dtc's and drivability.....

Don't shoot this down because I made /gave the idea guy's...
I'm just trying to help you out with this site as I enjoy coming here and I want this site to be all that it can be for this little engine and the people who love it...

Yeah, back a few months ago the format was a Wiki but no one was really adding information. I had info I was going to add but was always busy. If I put 1/4 the time I do answering questions about the stuff into a guide I would have saved time anyway :P

Right, I have just seen so many threads on here about sensor's ect, I figured a good guide would answer most question's...

          I would love to help.....

what type of list of dtcs/years do u want? GM SI doesnt help much before 96', but I can get the rest afterwards. Just need make/year/model for what most of u guys run, I wont post everything what SI says... but i might be able to give a quick over view.
You may or may not know 10 times what i do.

Well I have the full list of GM OBD2 Powertrain codes. I would upload it but it exceeds the max file size limit for .doc files.
