Parts were shipped when he said they would be, he was consistant with his timing, and the only delay that we had he let me know about BEFORE it happened.

Communication was great, And the parts arived intact and well-packaged. They were custom made, and he informed me (without asking, and before they shipped) that there was a slight fitment problem with one of the brackets. From a private seller, I would never hold this against the retailer, especially when he's upfront and honest about it, as well as providing instructions on how to make it work.
