Well, thats my fault. He's building my z24. Its been a nightmare, so he's been busy making it work. My bad.

Got a link for the mod?
im still working on using a momentary switches setup and the ms connector. still in the works. next thing im worried about is getting my driveshaft made and braking system plumbed, then onto finishing more interior wiring.

Sick radiator! . I'm not sure if you were planning on buying a new msd box or not. Before you do, contact them . The box in my dragster took a dump this season and I sent it out to them and they repaired it for me. Didn't charge too much.. I think the # was (915) 855-7123. I hope this helps get the car on the road .

    Outstanding! A few questions...

When did you buy your MSD-4 plus? I ask because I have a similar unit that also doesn't work.
What cam grind are you using? I remember having a conversation about it once before and I think we both have the same cam.
What are the build and mod specs of your MegaSquirt engine controller? I modified my box for e85 sensor input and was curious as to whether or not you were doing the same.

few small updates, radiator hoses all sized up and together, radiator modified for the new lower inlet. after chasing a no spark condition, i got it narrowed down to a bad msd box (fuck). Removed the coil interfaces and put some e85 in it, and she runs! Lots more to do yet so stay posted!

How about cutting a old bomb or shell in half and seeking it inside it. I do like the idea I a hand Grenade idea, but I don't think it will turn out how you think it will. And plastic that gets heated won't hold paint for ever. IMO. If you hunt around you should be able to get a de commissioned shell for cheap. Good luck. I am addicted to looking up this thread every day.

funny you say that, i was considering it, and have been, but i like the idea of airbrushing the vw bottle look like a grenade (done be somebody professional. The nitrous tank will be painted to look like a bomb too...fitting the theme well.

If your squirting E85, those #65's wont be good for any more than 350hp crank, maybe 400 tops. Im running a set of #80 or #85 at least. Im expecting 600hp or so at the crank on corn juice.

How much power you looking to make?
