judging by the vids it doesn't seem that fast to me, Get some track times and dyno numbers.. then you can make wild claims like "fastest 60v6 Camaro"
yes i can because no one is faster even with the old turbo so until somone throws down a better time i can throw that around

and of course it didnt look that fast the dam thing didnt hook up for a good 70 ft

ive had the car up there on a much larger turbo, it was alot slower down low due to massive lag, but when it hit it hit hard, this 60-1 is sized just about perfect, maybe just a touch on the smallish side for what the car should do.

the reason that the car feels unreal now is cause it has so much more comming out of the hole

i am not gonan dyno at 28 max boost will prolly be 18 to 21 tops due to the fact the block was cracked and i had to weld it,and i dont know if theres any cracks internally.i need the rotating assembly out of this motor to put in my new block,so im trying not to hurt it

it wasnt intentional i was having a hard time keeping the car straight i couldnt reach down fast enough to put it in second gear.that and i still havent lowered the rev limiter from 8k down to 7,400 rpms.

i may leave the limiter set to 8k for the dyno and then reset it depending on what the power curve look slike

the wwater coming out the ex was just condesation and water that ran into the headers when i had the turbo off for a few days

ok the verdict is cracked block
    BUT its runnable

i blew the bottom freeze plug out of the rear of the block, and cracked the block inbetween cyls 4-6 and 3-5 right below the deck about 1/2 - 1 inch inch down from the block deck.

new freeze plug installed, tig welded the block up with nirod and put the trans back in. put a few leak stop tabs in the rad for good measure and i got 0 water leaks.

tyen i proceded to take the car out on the street and beat the piss out of it at 9 psi.

holy mother fucking shit the car is unreal

videos of carnage and street runs and a flyby to be posted soon

I WILL BE DYNOING THE CAR TOMMOROW MORNING WOOOOOT

im leaving to go pick up the car with my friend in 20 mins,

i have a few open option sat this time

60k mile 2.8 stock shortblock is on the engine stand ready to go, so if my block is broke i will do a cam swap into the 2.8 and bolt my topend etc onto it and will be going to dyno the car with that motor in the car

anyways i will post back up soon as i know what is going on

    the other vid from today
put the car against the converter on the footbrake to see how fast this turbo would spool.
made 3 psi on the footbrake with out even trying to hard.
