It sounds like this project is DEAD... I would at least like my pulley back so I can sell it elsewhere, OR I would like some money for it.
I did not expect to never see it or progress on this again.
Can we still get an update on the underdrive damper pulley please?

Last I heard, they were having issues with the 24x ring, just like all the other companies...

Guess John didn't want to reply after all. He got the pulley back so its not gone forever. However, I have no news on a pulley being made and consider this dead.

Speaking from a manufacturers point of view, with the limited 60V6 marketplace, it is hard to justify the investment in design, tooling and inventory of a new product. When you add in the economy being slow and people spending less on their toys, new products will be far between.

so far an aluminum pully with the wear issue:
when i did a timing chain on a 2.2, i got a steel sleeve and larger seal, so i would assume the same could be purchased for the 3400, if its not already the same as the 2.2 anyways.

            Its runs!!!>>>Aint No 60* Sound Like Mehttp://youtu.be/YKEmNwa141U

The aluminum pulley's that did exist, had a steel sleeve pressed over the shaft already, and the seal was the same size as stock since the stock pulley is steel to begin with.
