Ben is hoping I'll make them before Christmas

Actually we just got finished making 2400 cabinet handles, that took up the mill for a few weeks, so I have one more job to finish up and they are next.

Sorry for the delay on these guys, but there will be an entire 12' bar used up on them this time, so that SHOULD last a little while.

Ben, can you see if a 96 TDC TB bolts up to these? It looks like it would, similar design and all. Just the vacuum nipples are bigger.. Close to same diameter too .

John should be getting close to making them.

I'm still curious about the 96+ 3.4 DOHC TB bolting to these...

I have a complete 96 DOHC top end, so the next time I am down at Ben's, or he is up here if he grabs an LX5 UIM I could pull my TB off the arm and check.

You'll need the LX5 ADAPTER to check. It won't bolt up to the 3500 plenum as is, but looks like it's close to the same as the Olds TB.. I forget the diameter of the 3.4 DOHC TB but I think it's close to 65mm.

IIRC it's 65mm stock and the "bored" RSM was claiming to be 72mm, but actually measured 69mm, which was as big as you could bore one safely before going into the coolant passage.

This also puts a hold on the l-body headers.
