    Engine surges to 3 - 4 k then dies

I just replaced the steering hydrolic lines, had to drop the engine
I also had the intake off.
    Should run fine like before.....

So it surges on start up in park? Brake boosted hooked back up? Time for C4 and a flame thrower?

sounds like either a massive vacuum leak or a massive tps signal problem. codes?

last time i had a vac leak like that turns out i forgot to tighten the bolts from the upper intake manifold to the intermediat arm! i had them hand tight and in the confusion of redoing my FWI at the time i never squezed my hand back in to tighten them... i think it was you dohcfiend that told me to check there... and BamB! it was fixed
