Question : Metal sound

Just did all of the gaskets and vacuum lines and it runs good, but there's this sound that happens every 3 seconds or so. I can only describe it as a "metal" sound? I'm guessing it has something to do with one of the pulleys but I'm not sure so I thought I'd ask someone with experience and knowledge about these engines. Thanks! (I have a 95 w/ obd 1.5 btw)

I would look for something loose, get in the engine bay and start shaking stuff around. a vaccum line with a worm gear could be loosing hitting something else metal. just a thought.
