    Which engine(s)?

Check Ace hardware for o-rings... I was at the local one and they had everything from 1/8" to 4" o-rings in the plumbing dept...
Okay now, that's enough of that.

Umm I don't see any transition between 75mm and 65mm?

The transition would have to be in the plenum neck. There is no way to get a good transition in < 1" of material. Hence the reason this adapter is just to adapt the 75mm TB to a 3500 plenum.

How is that going to work? I mean, when you bolt that up won't there just be a weird gap and crap between the adapter and the neck? I mean I don't think your going to be able to bolt it on then reach in and grind 10mm of material off.

Use machinist's marker spray or just a Sharpie and color around the neck of the plenum. Bolt the adapter to the plenum, and then use a scribe (or a knife, nail, etc) and trace around the inside of the adapter. Remove the adapter, and now you have a nice marking to where you need to grind to.

These were actually designed to mount a 5.3L TB on the 3900 engine but I decided to add a few holes for the 3500 and change the width a little to accept the N* TBs. Seemed like the best way to go to keep manufacturing cost down and have versatility. The adapter can be rotated to mount the TB straight up but it will only use 3 bolts to hold it due to gasket clearance.

3500 plenum. You aren't putting a 75mm TB on a 3400 or 3100 plenum without welding. Im not aware of this working on a 3900 plenum

Yeah... sorry... thought you knew that. Below are some pics of a 5.3L TB and a N* TB bolted on the 3900.

As you can see, the 5.3 TB pulls to the rear compared to the N* TB which is better for RWD swaps.
