Tapatalk usage - In the past 10 days, only one person has accessed the site via Tapatalk. Guess who that person was? Me! For those that have no idea what I am talkin...

Well, I typically post a new message on the home page about every 2 weeks, but not much has happened recently which would warrant a post. So, I decided to make something up. Anyway, just wanted to post some interesting stats, which I have been trying to watch since we've switched to the new forum software. So here goes!

After several failed attempts at trying to integrate a gallery into the site, to replace our old gallery, I finally gave in. After some looking, I found that there was a Beta release of our previous gallery for the newest version of the forum software available. Since our license for the gallery had expired, I had to shell out $39 for the renewal, but I have to say that it was worth it. Took less than 10 minutes to download the files, upload them back to the site, and mess with some settings,... -

I have added a new feature to the site - the ability for mobile users (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc. - except Windows mobile) to access the forum via an app instead of the browser. This makes viewing the forum much easier. All you have to do is add the app "Tapatalk" to your phone, browse or search for 60degreev6.com, and you are ready to browse the site on your phone. Ok, so we've been on the new set up for a couple of weeks now, and hopefully most everyone is getting used to the new layout. I have a feeling we may have lost some people along the way, or maybe people are just getting busy. It just doesn't seem as active as it was a month or so ago. I know there are still some bugs with the software, but hopefully its not stopping people from using the forum. But, if you are still having issues, send me a PM or email (bszopi at 60degreev6.com), and hopefully we can get things figured out. The next release of the software, where hopefully all of the bugs will be fixed, appears to still be 3-4 weeks away. We shall see...
