Check with MRZ for the Alternator pulley... I'm sure he can alter this design to fit other applications or to make it smaller if possible.
As far as the waterpump goes... IIRC thats wrapped around the housing and there is like 1/16 gap between the pulley and housing so I doubt that pulley can be remade smaller in any way...

Sure, we can have someone else make the other pullies. If FFP was 18% then I would say 25% is the way to go.

How's this project coming? Is there an ETA on them or is it still a few months away.

Well they only make balancers. Anything else would have to be made somewhere else

25% and make the matching set for those that want either stock or the 10% equivalent. That might be feasible?

im not sure what i would want. i do have an amp, 800 peak and 400rms... but i want every little bit of power i can get lol

too bad they are in australia. hah. well they are either 25 or 10 % take it or leave it. personally ill take a 10%. good enough for me...along with the ARP Crank Bolt....

that's why 18% is perfect. simply raise the idle ~100 rpm, and that counter acts the low alt output at idle.

fwiw this one seems to be the easiest mod worth the most power without compromising drivability if you go with the 10%....IF they look at making a 25% i would either get a higher outpul alt or go with an overdriven alt pulley and if possible a waterpump pulley as well. on some autos with alot of stereo equip, it can be a drain sometimes on the cooling and charging system. for normal DDs i would go 10% all the way, for a more race inspired car 25% would be most effective.

Most of them are steel, and an SFI would def have to be steel. But even with being being underdriven in steel, they are normally lighter than stock in a regular ratio, and underdriven will be that much less mass to move
