Mine is ported based on flowbench research, and my runners flow more consistent.

I post there about 7 times a day its the only active Monte Carlo forum that I can find and this was just one Guy that didn't know what he was talking about saying it was perfect when he sent it.

I do have a question for Ben though.

What's the difference between your competition ported UIM and LIM compared to the milzymotorsports ported UIM and LIM?

its cracked on 5 of the 6, and i think what he said is gasket matched is the throttle body on the inside

i have tried to email him but no answer yet, i emailed just an hour ago tho. you don't think it would seal? it sounds pretty shady, i'm kinda mad, i didnt pay too much for it, only $40 shipped with a trade of my old hids, but i wasnt expecting it to be this messed up

I just got this off of montecarloforum and got it and was a little disapointed, but looking for some answers.

Okay, the first thing that appears to me is that the polishing looks nice.

Next, the throttle body looks stock, but on the intake manifold, it doesn't look ported, but just machined. then i noticed that there are cracks everywhere.

As you can see by one picture it's cracked all the way through.

Now what i want to know is how bad will this affect my car, do you think it will leak? does it look ported to you? i was told it's gasket matched, which is ported to a sense but not normal porting.

Lastly, how do you think i could go about fixing this and what would i have to do?

once you replace the the manifolds with headers, the CAT because your going with a high flow and probably a new down pipe to match up with the headers and get rid of the U bend, and your most likely going to put on a new muffler because the stock one is a POS, theres about 4 feet left of tubing to replace.... the CAT back exhaust cost me 150 to get done at a MIDAS

Yes, you should still see gains because of how much more efficient headers are over stock manis- just not as much as you would see with a whole exhaust is what Ben is saying.

I'd still see gains from it tho? i wouldnt have the money for the whole exhaust to get redone yet but i would eventually do it
